01 · Our Reading

This is a portfolio-level compliance issue.

Not five unrelated appeals. A holding company managing multiple brands and branches under a shared Google account structure faces systemic vulnerability — one profile's suspension or verification failure can cascade across the entire portfolio.

01.A

Shared account exposure

Multiple brands — Sonas Roastery, Zafrani, Big Deal Mart — appear to live under a single Google account or Business Group. A suspension or verification failure on one profile can affect the standing of others in the same account.

01.B

Separate eligibility, separate evidence

Each brand and branch must independently satisfy Google's verification criteria. Same-brand branches need distinct premises evidence. Different brands need distinct ownership and authorisation documentation. One bundle of evidence won't work for all five.

01.C

Repeated corrections and rejections

When Google rejects an appeal, the next submission faces higher scrutiny. Repeated failed attempts can harden Google's position. A fresh, evidence-led approach — not another round of the same documents — is what moves the needle.

02 · Business Portfolio Information

Ten profiles visible. Five selected for recovery.

The supplied screenshots from Google Business Profile Manager show 10 profile rows across multiple brands, locations and statuses. The quotation below covers five confirmed listings. Any additional profile beyond those five requires a written scope adjustment.

Business shown Location shown Status shown
SONAS ROASTERY BR-1 CC6V+GGW, Ajman Verified
SONAS ROASTERY — Branch 09 9FJC+3JP, Ajman Verified
SONAS ROASTERY SHARJAH BR 2 Al Dhaid, Sharjah Verification required
ZAFRANI — Al Dhaid 7VQP+533, Al Dhaid, Sharjah Verification required
Zafrani-Al Dhaid 7VQP+533, Al Dhaid, Sharjah Verification required
Big Deal Mart Sajaa Industrial Area, Sharjah Suspended
SONAS ROASTERY BR-3 9FPP+G3W, Ajman Verification required
SONAS ROASTERY BR-4 9FPP+G3W, Ajman Verified
SONAS ROASTERY BR-6 CHR2+5HP, Ajman Verification required
ZAFRANI — AL JERF CGJM+JG5, Ajman Verification required
Portfolio observations: Several Sonas Roastery branch profiles appear across multiple Ajman locations. Two Zafrani entries reference the same Al Dhaid plus-code — a potential duplicate risk that requires investigation, not an assumption of violation. Big Deal Mart is visibly marked suspended. The portfolio contains mixed statuses: verified, verification required, and suspended. Brand relationships, branch eligibility, physical premises, signage and ownership documentation must be validated before any restructuring or appeal submission.
Scope confirmation: Pricing in Option A and Option B covers five confirmed listings only. Any additional profile beyond those five requires a written scope adjustment before work commences.
03 · Profile Evidence

What the rejection reasons tell us.

Based on the screenshots supplied, four issues are visible that align with common Google verification rejection patterns. Each points to a specific gap in the evidence chain.

FINDING 01

Authorisation was not demonstrated

Google indicated that the verification video did not show proof that the person recording was authorised to represent the business. This typically means the video lacked clear connection between the individual, the premises, and documented management authority.

FINDING 02

Business name not shown on legitimate assets

Google expects the registered business name on permanent signage, branded vehicles, invoices, utility bills, or other genuine operational assets. A mismatch between the profile name and what appears in evidence is one of the most common rejection triggers.

FINDING 03

The video did not clearly show the business

The submitted video failed to sufficiently connect the physical premises — storefront, interior, equipment, staff, or operations — to the profile being verified. Google's reviewers need an uninterrupted visual narrative from street to workspace.

FINDING 04

Mixed statuses across the portfolio

Some profiles appear verified, others require verification, and at least one is suspended. This mixed-status pattern within a single account structure increases the risk that a problem on one profile affects others in the same Business Group.

Per-location evidence checklist — every profile will need:

  • Permanent exterior signage showing business name
  • Entrance and street context (wide shot)
  • Interior and staff-only access areas
  • Tools, equipment, stock or operational setup
  • Branded business documents (invoices, licences, utility bills)
  • Proof of management authority (trade licence, authorisation letter)
  • Uninterrupted video route from street to interior

07 · Discovery to Follow-Up

Five phases. Google-led timeline.

Internal audit and preparation runs approximately 5–10 working days after receiving complete information. The website build under Option A takes approximately 15–20 working days. Google's review timeline is outside our control and may range from several days to several weeks.

PHASE 01
Days 1–3

Discovery

Kickoff call · confirm the five listings in scope · collect all existing evidence, rejection history, trade licences and account access.

PHASE 02
Days 3–7

Portfolio Audit

Account-structure review · Business Group mapping · name, category, address and phone audit across all five profiles · per-location evidence gap analysis.

PHASE 03
Days 5–10

Evidence & Corrections

Per-location evidence checklist · profile corrections where permitted · document preparation · verification-video scripting and guidance.

PHASE 04
From Day 8

Appeals & Verification

Submit appeals for suspended and verification-required profiles · support video, email or live verification as Google requests · monitor for decisions.

PHASE 05
Google-led

Follow-Up

Google's review timeline is beyond our control. Profiles may receive decisions at different times. We handle eligible follow-up and escalation throughout.

Timeline disclosure: Internal audit and preparation takes approximately 5–10 working days after receiving complete information. The website under Option A requires approximately 15–20 working days. Google's review may take several days to several weeks. Profiles may receive decisions at different times. We never promise an exact reinstatement date — anyone who does is guessing.
08 · Relevant Experience

We've done this before.

Three representative engagements that demonstrate our approach to GBP compliance, reinstatement and verification — drawn from our portfolio of UAE clients.

CASE 01

Repeated suspension recovery

A UAE service business faced three consecutive GBP suspensions over six months. Previous appeals had been submitted with insufficient premises evidence. We restructured the evidence package, produced a guided verification video script, and secured reinstatement on the next submission.

CASE 02

Video and live verification support

A multi-branch retailer in the Northern Emirates needed simultaneous verification for four locations. We prepared individual evidence checklists per branch, coached on-site staff through Google's live video verification, and achieved verified status for all four within a single review cycle.

CASE 03

Affiliation and ownership confirmation

A holding company with distinct trading names under one group struggled to demonstrate the connection between the legal entity and its operating brands. We mapped the corporate structure to Google's documentation requirements and submitted a structured ownership packet that satisfied the reviewer.

Client names are omitted for confidentiality. Previous outcomes demonstrate experience but do not guarantee the result of a new Google review. Every profile is assessed independently by Google's moderation team.

09 · Commercial Terms

Clear terms. No surprises.

Payment schedules, ownership, what happens if reinstatement fails, and what optional recurring services look like — all stated plainly.

Option A — Payment Schedule

  • 50% at confirmation (AED 4,825 + VAT)
  • 30% after website completion and profile corrections (AED 2,895 + VAT)
  • 20% after agreed appeals are submitted (AED 1,930 + VAT)

Option B — Payment Schedule

  • 50% at confirmation (AED 3,075 + VAT)
  • 50% after corrections and appeal submission (AED 3,075 + VAT)

If reinstatement is not successful

We review the new rejection reason, make eligible corrections, and submit one additional appeal or escalation attempt where Google permits. There is no guarantee of reinstatement — Google's review process is independent and final. The fee is for professional work performed and is not refundable solely due to Google's decision.

Recurring Charges

  • No mandatory monthly GBP charge
  • Option A: hosting and domain renew from Year 2
  • Website maintenance, SEO and ongoing GBP management are optional

Ownership

  • Client owns the domain
  • Client owns the hosting account
  • Client owns all content
  • Client receives full administrative access to all accounts
